This topic of death panels is so ridiculous, and people who are going around regurgitating the comments of Sarah Palin make me want to regurgitate! A side note: the Dr who wrote the article is exceptional in his writing and his experience that makes the book "How We Die" a fascinating read. Highly recommend.
